Weekend Recap... because my brain is FRIED!

Oh hi there!

This is what I look like today...

Coffee.Coffee.Coffee.

Bleh.

That's my new coffee mug. LOVES it.

No more wasted coffee due to it getting cold super fast :)

So... wanna know what I did Friday thru Sunday?

Here's the downlow...

Friday:

I slept in late (as always), I watched too much latenight TV during the day (thanks AFN TV for being so behind..), and then I watched an ungodly amount of Jenna Marbles vids... specifically this one:

P.S. if you do not like Jenna Marbles, we can no longer be friends.

P.P.S. I admit it, I am an internet creeper. There, I said it... and it feels so good! baha!

And then....

I put on this cutesy little outfit to go out to eat for our 5 Month Anniversary!

Woo! Those are the boots I bought in Paris!!

We ate at La Curva Restaurante... obvi Italian food... so yum!

Saturday:

 We ventured out to Centro Sicilia Mall!

We were on the hunt for some new winter coats for our trip to London in a couple of weeks!

Just thought I'd show you how pretty the mall is... and then I realized that you can't even tell... because it was such a MADHOUSE... Aaron's theory, "They must be having a concert!" haha...

Excited because I was planning on buying lots of clothes and shoes... my wardrobe needs an overhaul!

Again... little did I know that this trip was going to be AWFUL.

Saturday was like BLACK FRIDAY here in Sicilia (we obvi didn't get the message).

We got to the mall and it was PACKED... the lines were MILES LONG... people were shoving others and just grabbing things and stuff was literally just piled up instead of on the racks and scattered all over the floors! Even H&M and Zara were having sales from 50%-75% off everything... but it was such a madhouse that we couldn't get our hands on anything worth buying... So we just left... empty handed :(

Sunday:

We decided to try our hand at shopping again (after spending the day DEEEEEEP CLEANING the entire villa... we're having company next weekend!) so we ventured out to another mall... called "Ciclope" (named after the Ciclope Islands next to my house! How cool!) 

Anyhoo... I finally found some pretties to add to my wardrobe!

LOVE my new coat! It's 100% Italian Made.. and was on sale for 50% off...

so I got it for 29Euros! Yes!

And um... ignore the bad mirror pic... and the fact that I'm still wearing my Christmas PJ pants in that pic... bahahaha :)

  And my 2nd buy...

This beautiful dress!

Not sure yet if it will look right with tights/leggings or if it'll have to wait til warmer weather (who am I kidding... It's still pretty warm here...) But either way... I'm obsessed with it!! 

See the beautiful pattern/fabric? so flowy and pretty! LOVEEEE.

I did see several other things I liked... but these people do not understand the word "PETITE"!!!! I get so ill/tired/frustrated shopping here sometimes... I eventually just give up (or either Aaron gets really tired of me looking at and trying on a million things that are way too big) because they almost never have anything below a US size 4... and I wear a dress size ZERO... and let's not even talk about pants/skirts. UGH... No double0's here. Looks like I might be ordering my jeans online. Hmph.

Anyhoo... After all that fun stuff, I came home and sent my Online School some pretty harsh emails... Their student log-in page REFUSED to load and would have cost me some pretty hefty participation points if I had not turned in some of my work last night! I was getting verryyyyy upset... and then SURPRISE! at 2:15AM it magically started working. OMG... so of course little miss goody-two-shoes stayed up until after 3AM doing anything and everything to get those points so that I continue to get my straight A's! bahahaha...

Oh and guess what? I still haven't gotten a reply from any of those emails I sent to tech support BEGGING for help (or any of the ones cursing the school telling them how much I hated them..) Great job, Tech Support! Really living up to that "24-7" deal... STOOOOOPID.

Anyways, hope you had a great weekend... 

Although I didn't mention it (I feel like you get tired of reading it) I actually spent most of my time soakin' up the quality time with hubs. I lovelovelove our weekends together more than anything (even if we sit at home, clean the house, and watch news shows all day)! I know that most MILwifeys don't get as much time with their husbands as I do... and  I'm SO blessed to have such a good husband, at that ;) I LOVE my hubstime :)
