In celebration of my MANY new followers (and in hopes of ONE MORE -- to reach 100!), I thought it would be a fantastic idea to do a "Get to know me... survey" that I saw floating around the inets... I may or may not have stolen it from a preteen on Facebook (yep, I did... so I tweaked a few questions) Ha!
I also thought it would be a good idea because... well, because I didn't do anything fun/exciting/new/interesting to blog about yesterday. If you noticed my absence, it was because hubs was off work so I spent the day with him :) So here's to another lackluster post... boo me, I know. But this weekend is going to be action-packed and fun-filled for me... so next week will be full of good posts!! WOO!

Received lots of goodies from my hubby (See the RayBans in the above pic... yep, those were a bday gift!), ate at an AMAZING Italian restaurant on the water, and ate wayyyy too many Italian desserts... Thank you, Sicily ;)
5. What is one thing you would like to accomplish before your next birthday?
A LOT of school... Planning on working straight through the summer on tons of classes. I'd also like to get a lot of traveling out of the way... just in case we make some life changing decisions around that time that would inhibit us from traveling as much... hehe I can't elaborate but stay tuned! It would be a TOTALLY NEW ADVENTURE!

Brown... currently au naturel.

Bahaha... Only a bazillion million billion times... surriously. It has been every color under the sun.

Usually green... but it changes with mood & clothes... totally weird/cool, eh?

Yep... I'm blind blind blind without them. Seriously. I have a super strong prescription. So strong in fact that they use "special" lenses to make my glasses so they don't look like coke-bottles (thick)... and they're STILL pretty thick.... ugh.

No, not seriously... I've considered the idea of a boob lift after I have kids... but that would only be IF needed and like in my late 30's... so idk.

I have 15 stars on my right foot... and it means the WORLD to me. It has a major meaning behind it... but it would take a while for me to explain.

Seven... 3 in my right ear, 2 in my left ear, nose, belly button :)

Righty! But I can use my left for most things... I was a strange kid and "practiced" using my left all the time.

Wine with meals (it's Italy!) and occasionally we go out for drinks with friends.

Never have, never will... bleh. I get bronchitis WAYYY too easily.

19. Is your life anything like it was 2 years ago?
HA! No way, Jose. Two years ago I was living in an apartment with 3 other girls and becoming more and more unhappy in that situation... I was living in Athens, GA, attending school at UGA and studying FRENCH (this was about the time I started having an "early-life crisis", changed my major 5 times, and almost dropped out of college to finish my Cosmetology certificate before finally realizing my heart was in Literature and all things English <3)... oh and I was dating some loserfaceredneck whose idea of fun was riding around on a tractor and spitting on things... Kudos to you if you like those things... but I don't.
Fast-forward two years... I'm now living 4,000 miles around the world in SICILY, ITALY... married to a Naval Officer who is the COMPLETE opposite of that loserfaceredneck (Thank you, sweet baby Jesus!) and is actually 1/2 Yankee(yuck)... he's my veryyyy best friend and has shown me exactly what true love really is! I'm HAPPIER than I've ever been. I'm going to school ONLINE. I don't have a job for the first time since I was FOURTEEN! And I don't even SPEAK to any of those girls that I was roommates and "besties" with back then.... And um... did I mention that I live in Sicily??? Way better life now. Just sayin'!

That's hard to say since Aaron's in the military... So as far as location, I don't know. Hopefully somewhere in the U.S. (I would LOVE for it to be Virginia, Cali, or Florida! Fingers crossed...)! By that time we'll probably have at least one kid... maybe another on the way? HA! Who knows? I'll have my degree by then... and maybe even be teaching at a local school :)

Totally a procrastinator. I work best under pressure!! Unless it's a group project that REALLY needs my attention... I'm really good at getting them together early in case I have to do ALL the work at the last minute to save my grade. (I HATE GROUP WORK!)
